$150 minimum for local work, within 40 miles of Clayton, Wi.
$250 minimum for long distance work, within 80 miles of Clayton, Wi.
Call for further distances and special circumstances, flat DAILY rate may apply for one location: $500-$900 8hr

Repair Services - $65/hr
Fixing door handles, broken deck stairs, minor landscape repairs, leaky sink, glitchy garage door opener, broken cabinet drawer or door, small painting one or two rooms, gutter repair, small equipment... and other bothersome things :)
Renewal - $65/hr
Replace light fixtures, Hang pictures and TV's, refreshing old caulking, replace door or window seals, pressure washing, non-structural rotten wood replacement, small demolition projects, assembly of furniture or odd things purchased and shipped in pieces... don't you love those!
Small Projects - $/Quote
Hang cabinets, install closet organizers, install shower door or curtain, hang blinds or curtains, set up entertainment centers, replace decking, outdoor living features, heated outdoor cat house, repurpose items for other uses... I'm up for challenges call me!
Technology - $85/hr
Set up a wifi router, trouble shoot connection issues with internet of things (IOT), home security devices, solve poor signal issues, run new network connection, EMF measuring, outdoor lighting solutions, but not Repair on personal laptops, phones, iPad etc. unless it's network connections or specific app to control another annoying Tech device... call me!
